Recruiters can post internships and fresher-level roles, specifically in tech-related domains. We focus purely on student talent (not experienced professionals). Roles can be remote, onsite, or hybrid depending on your needs.

No. Inovact is not a hiring agency. We are a platform that connects students with recruiters looking to hire interns and early tech talent. All applications and hiring decisions are directly between recruiters and candidates.

No. Inovact is completely resume-free. Instead, recruiters get:

• Candidate's GitHub profile

• Proof of Work (POW) from projects

• AI-based code quality analysis

• Skills mapped directly from the code base

• Verified phone number for direct communication

This gives recruiters real, verifiable insights instead of traditional, often misleading CVs.
